Red beans
Asa have had the red beans in the past very nourishing and very flavorful I am proud and happy to be part of the Nation of Islam family farm and with the last blessings I hope to continue and these things have all the nourishment that I am lacking in my later years of life and it has really helped my health thank you so much all of those who are in charge of getting these staple goods too the Muslim community here in Indianapolis assalamualaikum
