When you use our 100% whole wheat, the bran and the germ of the wheat will remain in your meals, and the health benefits will be multiplied by an unbelievable amount! The whole wheat, in its original non-enriched form, is a very good source of all of the nutrients that are naturally produced in wheat, like manganese and iron. Properly stored will last 1 year or more.

Best whole wheat flour ever @
This is the only flour that I use. I don't care what type of flour the recipe may call for. I've made all kinds of cakes, breads & cookies with this flour without any issues. I'm still happily baking from the order I've received over a year ago. My freezer stays full of this Awsome flour. Thank you for producing the A+ product!!
