When you use our 100% whole wheat, the bran and the germ of the wheat will remain in your meals, and the health benefits will be multiplied by an unbelievable amount! The whole wheat, in its original non-enriched form, is a very good source of all of the nutrients that are naturally produced in wheat, like manganese and iron. Properly stored will last 1 year or more.

Great wheat flour!
My wife uses this wheat pastry flour for all types of baked goods: breads, cookies, muffins, pie crusts and pizza crusts! We make sure to keep many bags in stock!
