Our Organic, non-GMO wheat seeds (berries) are grown, harvested, stored and packaged on our 1556 acre farm in Georgia. These are the same wheat seeds that we use to grow our wheat grain which we mill into Whole Wheat Flour, Pastry Flour and Cream of Whole Wheat at Muhammad Farms. Each case has five 3 lbs. bags. Each 3 lbs. bag plants a 30’ x 30’ ft plot (900 sq. ft.) of wheat. Plant them between November 15 and December 15 in the same manner that you would plant grass. You can also grind these seeds into whole wheat flour and you can grow wheat sprouts to enhance your salads.
