This sugar is pristine. It is so delicious and great quality. I will say, just know that the granuals are bigger than most. I got this sugar for baking cookies, which its great for, but when making sugar cookies and rolling the dough in the sugar these will be a little bigger than whats usually seen. But as far as using it for anything else, it's perfect.

Initially I purchased the sugar for resale, but since " I want for my brother what I want for myself" I ended up adding it as a portion of a gift box I prepare for a few elderly within my family and community. This sugar saved money on the high price of "sugar in the raw" and helped change the mind of family that were still using white sugar for cooking and flavoring foods. Grateful
