I have been a vegetarian for almost 30 years and this is my favorite lentil!!! It is so versatile and can be the star of your meal or added as a side for a boost of fiber and protein. I agree, they make excellent lentil burgers or even a lentil loaf (vegetarian meatloaf)!!!😉

I love the way these lentils cook. They are very soft and tender. They also make excellent lentil patties and lentil crumbles for our 'veggie' tacos!!! :-)
